Home is the place you should feel safest......

The well-being of our Komoto family including our tenants, employees, and partner is of the highest priority to us. With the conoravirus pandemic continuing to evolve, we at Komoto group continue to actively monitor recent events.


The British Healthcare agency in the UK (what is it? Equivalent CDC in the US) continues to encourage social distancing as the best means of prevention. With this in mind we have implemented a series of actions in order to make our residences safe and ensure compliance to the set of stringent standards laid out.

We continue to operate; delivering property viewings, maintenance and other services while adhering to the UK’s governments guidelines for businesses in the housing market. We now offer new services such as virtual tours, videos and photographs of our units.

The safety of the Komoto Group’s tenants, employees and partners is of utmost importance for us. We continue to actively monitor recent events and respond accordingly in compliance with the national government in order to keep our employees and tenants safe.

We have taken mitigation steps to reduce the risk of Covid-19 infections in our buildings. These include but not limited to.
